Source Code & Ownership
How it works with the source code and intellectual property of the application
Binary Tech Operations has at its core a proprietary no-code and low-code platform, equipped with AI-assisted algorithms. In this model, 40% of the development is automated by AI, while the remaining 60% is meticulously built by senior developers. This hybrid approach not only accelerates the development process but also ensures a high level of customization and efficiency.

After the final installment of the project is paid off, ownership of the application is 100% our partner's; before that it is not ours, but we do not transfer full ownership as a precautionary measure. After we transfer it, if the partner wants to operate with their own team we offer the possibility of conversion to another such as bubble.io known internationally, making it easier to hire professionals worldwide. This transition is facilitated through a console with global reach, allowing smooth adaptation and broad accessibility and interoperability.
However, it is important to highlight the challenges that may arise when opting to export the code to traditional development environments:
Increased Costs: Hiring additional technical staff is necessary, including front-end and back-end developers, as well as a database analyst.
Reduced Agility: The development process can become slower and less agile outside the no-code and low-code environment.
Potential Bugs and Reversion Limitations: Migration can introduce bugs, and reverting to no-code and low-code platforms may not be feasible, losing the efficiency and flexibility advantages initially provided.
Irreversible action: It will not be possible to import the changes back into the no-code and low-code world again.
We recommend this transition only for organizations that have a robust development team and wish to explore new possibilities outside no-code and low-code solutions, given that the direct need for such a change may not be evident. For more information, visit Binary XZ Docs.
