From the moment you choose Binary Tech Operations and embark with us on your business's surprising journey, you have full access to our intelligent operating system, and during the journey the following steps are carried out:

Onboarding

In this stage the Customer Success Manager, one of the main people responsible for your success, will hold a video conference so you can get to know each other and they can present the entire Tech Operations and support channels if needed during the journey; additionally they will clear potential doubts you may have at the start and about the next steps.

Access to Tech Operations

After the onboarding meeting all the accesses to your account will be released for you with all the information about your project and company which you can follow in detail in a few clicks, from the delivery date of the first construction module to the final delivery date with all the details and access to the assets of your platform.

Monitoring

All monitoring during the development phase can be followed in real time. You have the following ways to track progress information in real time: 1. Dashboard: In the dashboard section there are two ways for you to follow the development status in real time. The first is by looking at the project completion from 0% to 100%; with each sprint completed the progress advances. Secondly, you can follow the preview of the application by accessing it directly and navigating to test and use it in real time whenever you want.

2. Information & Logs:

Informações & Logs

In the information and logs section, you can understand and view the sprints & logs of current, past and future sprints. You can understand the current stage in real time and all the points that our assisted algorithms together with our team are executing at the moment.

Comments and feedback:

At this stage you will also be able to make comments and feedback about what you think regarding the preview of the application, current status and specific deliveries according to the logs. From the moment you comment, your comments will be considered and addressed.

Acceptances and approvals:

At the end of each sprint a button will appear within this section for you to approve the sprint of the current modules and functionalities. If approved, the system will move to the next sprint showing new items and logs to track.

3. Dailys via WhatsApp:

Every day at the end of development sessions you will receive from Felipe, our Bot Assistant, the following information: What was done yesterday, What was done today and What will be done tomorrow, given that our operating system is based on Agile Scrum, according to the daily below:

These documents are essential to help you better understand how our solutions are built and operate. By making them available directly in our operating system, we ensure that you have continuous and up-to-date access to all the information necessary to optimize the use of our services.

Warranty: At Binary XZ, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. To ensure you have the best possible experience with our products and services, we offer a 90-day warranty for bug fixes, implementation of functionalities that may have been omitted and adjustment of details as needed.

  • Bugs: If you find any defects or errors in the provided software, you are covered by our warranty. We commit to fixing these issues quickly and efficiently, at no additional cost to you.

  • Missing Functionalities or Details: If you identify that any specified functionality or important detail is missing, our team will work to implement these additions, ensuring the final product complies with the agreed requirements.

During the 90-day period after project delivery, you can contact us at any time if you encounter issues related to bugs or functionalities.
